Donaldson’s Family Document Box

Medium Impression by Violet Bloom

Have you ever gone to the wake of a relative in a ridiculously small room, so packed with people that you cannot breathe because there is so much energy bouncing off the walls? That is what I have experienced while working on this impression-not because there is dark energy, but because there are so many spirits of different ages and they are pulling energy from every possible source. At first the new keeper of this

family of spirits may feel a little anxiety, headaches, or slight nausea, but it will not last for long. The spirits will get used to you-and you to them and you all will move toward a joyful state of equilibrium.

This will be a positive experience. I felt only one angry spirit who may tum out to be a residual spirit. One of William’s great grandsons took indecent liberties with a young debutante and the young lady’s brother defended her honor. They felt threatened by the young Donaldson and felt shooting him was the only thing he could do, even though that was not his intention. If the spirit of the young cad is a residual spirit, you may have experiences that simply replay over and over like a video clip.

Overall, I pick up a positive spirit vibe with the spirits-of William and Mary, their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. I am guessing there are between 60 and 80 spirits that could potentially visit you, depending on how many of the great grandchildren and great great grandchildren have passed on. They will not all be there at the same time, but it may feel chaotic, kind of like a family reunion!

William and his wife Mary were blessed with a dozen children. Most of them got married and they had their own large families. I am picking up on six or seven baby and/or child spirits in this family. These are children who were stillborn, who lived only a few days, a few months, or six years or less. You may find you enjoy them most of all because they have very high energy levels and great curiosity about our world.

I feel Mary and William were in their early forties when these photographs were taken. Mary looks very beautiful and elegant, even though she is dressed in a traditional black mourning gown and veil. I believe her photograph was taken around 1800. Mary and William had two infant daughters, born a year apart, and both babies lived less than a year. I admire Mary for her strength and having the courage to pose for the photograph. Not many people who have lost children could do it. No matter how sad she felt, she still had an entire family to take care of.

Above all, the Donaldsons had their faith, which helped them get through the tough times.

I have the feeling several members of the Donaldson family were born in October. At the same time, several died in the month of March. I would really be interested in studying the dates of family events because I believe dates repeat from one generation to another. For example, in one generation March 14 may be someone’s birthday; in the next generation, a wedding date; and in the next generation the date of a family member’s death. I love these little details because they give us special insight into the lives of this family as well as our own. These are not coincidences-it is part of the blueprint of our lives.
